Take the cauliflower and clean it by removing the outer leaves. Divide it into small buds, with stems no longer than 1 centimeter, and remove the central core. Boil them in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes, and then drain.
Let it cool down. Crush the cauliflower and mix it with the bechamel, grated Parmesan, olives, eggs, salt and pepper. The ideal would be to place all these ingredients in a mixer, in order to blend the entire preparation homogeneously.
